Convention fees are refundable in total, if attendance is canceled in writing 30 days or more prior to the meeting. All but Registration Fee will be refunded if attendance is canceled between 29 & 15 days prior to the meeting. No refunds for cancellation 14 days prior to the meeting. Exceptions will be granted upon written request to OAMP’s Executive Committee.
