Print 3 copies - Return the first two copies with Convention Registration Form - Keep the last copy for your records.   You need not write a separate check for your entries, simply add the total amount to your companies convention registration form.

Entries will be accepted Friday during explicit times (see program for exact time your meat entries will be accepted and the designated room for submitting).

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE ACCEPTED BY A MEMBER OF THE PRODUCT COMPETITION COMMITTEE.

Entrants are limited to ONE entry per class per plant.
Entries must be processed by owner operator and/or employee of the OAMP member plant.  Entrant must be a paid member of the Ohio Association of Meat Processors for the current year of entry.  Check Convention Registration form where your annual dues can be paid at the convention if not previously paid.
